ABOUT PERSONAL INFORMATION AND INTERNET
Hi everyone and woooh... great topic! I think this topic needs to be talk nowadays, because in each click we are giving information about us. In Chile, the politics about this are very very few and is known by all that we are exposed an a lot of dangers on the internet. For example, if you want to buy a camera and search pages that sell cameras to campares prices and dont buy nothing, probably, when you are surfing facebook the advertisements will be about cameras (what a coincidence!). Your information is traveling so fast, and sold too! Ok, in this case your information is using without your consent, but sometimes pages like social medias can ask you simple information like your birthday or your rut and I think that's okay, but this information can be harnessed by theses sites too. Is difficult dont have this aplications because everyone used it, but I think the unique thing we can do is beware about what we post and what information we give to this pages. This can sound a little paranoid, but there's not much we can do, our information (that we though protected by this pages) now is in the hands of people that we cannot even imagine.
